After purchasing a challenge or funded account, you’ll receive MT5 login credentials by email and inside your Atmos Dashboard.
Credentials typically arrive within a few hours of payment, ensuring you can set up your MT5 account promptly.
⚡ Overview
Open MT5 → Click File → Login to Trade Account
Enter your login (account ID), password, and Atmos server
Choose the correct server from the list

Open MetaTrader 5 on desktop or mobile
Go to File → Login to Trade Account
Enter:
Login: (Your Atmos account ID)
Password: (Sent by email / shown in Dashboard)
Server: Atmos Global (MT5)
Click OK → Status in bottom right should show Connected
💡 Troubleshooting
❌ “Invalid account” → Check if you’re on correct server
❌ “No connection” → Check internet / firewall
❌ “Wrong password” → Reach out to Support via Live Chat or Email
Ensure you are using the Atmos MT5 terminal, not a third-party application. If you have installed the wrong terminal, uninstall it and download the correct Atmos MT5 application.
Verify that the server name is AtmosGlobal-LIVE, as using an incorrect server can result in login issues.
