Refunds are available only if you have not received or used your trading account. Once an account is issued and trading begins, fees are non-refundable.
📜 Refund Rules
✅ Refunds possible if:
Payment was duplicated by mistake
Technical issue prevented account delivery
❌ Refunds not possible if:
You already received MT5 login details and
You started trading on the account
after 14 days of purchase
💡 Example
If you buy a $50k 2-Step Challenge, but you accidentally purchase it twice, we will refund the duplicate payment.
If you already started trading, no refund applies.
How to Request a Refund
Contact Atmos Support via live chat or email.
Provide order number and payment confirmation.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (card) or 24–48h (crypto).
