Atmos Funded has a clear and transparent refund policy.


⚑ TL;DR

Refunds are available only if you have not received or used your trading account. Once an account is issued and trading begins, fees are non-refundable.


πŸ“œ Refund Rules

  • βœ… Refunds possible if:

    • Payment was duplicated by mistake

    • Technical issue prevented account delivery

  • ❌ Refunds not possible if:

    • You already received MT5 login details and

    • You started trading on the account

    • after 14 days of purchase


πŸ’‘ Example

If you buy a $50k 2-Step Challenge, but you accidentally purchase it twice, we will refund the duplicate payment.
If you already started trading, no refund applies.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Atmos Support via live chat or email.

  2. Provide order number and payment confirmation.

  3. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (card) or 24–48h (crypto).
