🔒 Trailing Drawdown Lock Explained
Atmos uses a trailing drawdown with dual lock protection:
Lock at Initial Balance → Once your trailing drawdown reaches your starting balance again, the drawdown line stops trailing.
Lock on Payout → When you request a payout, the drawdown is fixed permanently at the initial balance level (e.g., $100,000).
Example:
$100,000 account
Max trailing drawdown = $94,000
Equity rises to $110,000 → trailing line stops at $100,000
You request a payout → the max drawdown permanently locks at $100,000
Even if you leave $105,000 in the account, your stop-out remains at $100,000
